Sagar provides an in-house medical officer for its all individual units to serve the workers. This facility can be availed by the workers 24/7 free of cost. Sagar conducts an Annual Health & Hygiene program in Khulna. Which results in less water bearing diseases among the workers and their family.

SDG 4

Sagar provides free schooling for the children of all in house workers. This education is provided in the local school next to the industrial zone. For the male students free education up to class 8 and for female Up to class 10. Further Educational support is provided based on merit. This results in less female child marriage and higher educational rate.

SDG 5

In Sagar Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, Sustainable livelihood and women Empowerment, Skilling and other programmes. Over the last 15 years we evident 20% of more female workers than the male workers in Out Plant. Which resulted in women empowerment and reduced domestic violence.
